AOC Europe 2026 in Helsinki

On 19–21 May 2026, JISR Institute participated in AOC Europe 2026, held in Helsinki, Finland. AOC Europe is one of the key European events dedicated to electronic warfare, electromagnetic spectrum operations and related defence technologies.

We appreciate the opportunity to be part of a professional community that continues to shape the development of capabilities in the EW domain and across electromagnetic spectrum operations. Our participation in the event was not only an opportunity to present our solutions, but also a valuable platform for professional discussion with partners, customers and members of the wider international EW community.

During the event, we presented JISR Institute’s solutions in the field of electronic warfare, with a particular focus on our system and its capability to support the integration and management of a CESMO network.

CESMO, Cooperative Electronic Support Measure Operations, is a NATO-standardized protocol designed to support electromagnetic operations. It enables cooperative exchange of ESM data, sharing of emitter-related information and localization data, and contributes to improved near-real-time situational awareness.

Our solution supports the integration of these capabilities into a broader command and control environment for electronic warfare. The main focus is on interoperability, data-flow management and the ability to connect various sensors, systems and users into a coherent operational environment.
