CSDMAN – COALITION SHARED DATABASE MANAGEMENT

CSDMAN (Coalition Shared Database Management) is a robust system designed to enable the exchange of NATO Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) products, ensuring seamless data interoperability and collaboration between joint ISR and command and control (C2) communities. Its key features include:

  • ISR Product Library: Fully compliant with CSD/STANAG 4559 (NSILI), ensuring standardized access and exchange of ISR products across NATO forces.
  • Reports and Sensor Data Sharing: Facilitates the distribution and sharing of ISR data streams, reports, and sensor outputs among the JISR, intelligence, and C2 communities, enhancing situational awareness and decision-making.
  • ISR Product Authoring and Metadata Extraction: Provides tools for creating ISR products and automatically extracting essential metadata, allowing for efficient cataloging and retrieval.
  • Streaming Server: Supports streaming of ISR sensor data, including video feeds, imagery, and other multimedia content, enabling timely intelligence dissemination.
  • JISR Workflow Synchronization: Ensures that workflows within the JISR (Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) community remain synchronized, supporting collaborative intelligence efforts and mission planning.
