C4EW

The C4EW system delivers electromagnetic warfare capabilities at the coordination level as well as for standalone EW units, meeting the requirements of both EWCC and SEWOC.

Its functionality spans both operational and tactical command and control, providing users with an advanced tool for managing electromagnetic operations and tasking EW units. The system's unique architectural design enables scalable integration and interconnectivity between deployed assets. A high level of compatibility is achieved through independence from specific communication technologies. Key capabilities:

  • Mission and Operation Planning
  • Platform & ESM Asset Management
  • EW Tasking & Coordination
  • Enhanced Situational Awareness
  • Modular structure – configurable based on unit size and available EW assets
  • Technology-agnostic communication for maximum compatibility
  • Flexible deployment tailored to customer requirements
  • Fully CESMO-Ready

Modular Architecture

The C4EW system is fully modular and includes the functionalities listed below, which can either be part of the integrated solution or deployed as standalone capabilities based on customer requirements.

CESMOS module

Ensures full interoperability with the NATO CESMO environment (STANAG 4658), implementing all features and compliance requirements defined in STANAG 4658 and AEDP-13.

JREAPER module

Enables connectivity to the Link 16 network (STANAG 5516) via the JREAP-C protocol (STANAG 5518), allowing both reception and publication of tactical data.

CSD module

Enables tight integration into the CSD (Coalition Shared Database), standardised as STANAG 4559 NSILI (NATO Standard ISR Library) and overall ISR process.

ADS-B plugin

Receives, stores, processes, and visualizes data provided via ADS-B protocol.

AIS plugin

Receives, stores, processes, and visualizes data provided via AIS protocol.

J-CHAT

Provides interoperability with standard NATO text messaging service.

NAVEG plugin

Enables creation and publication of NATO Vector Graphics (NVG) tactical plots and also supports the reception and visualization of NVG data from external systems.

NFFIER plugin

Enables connectivity to NATO-standard gateways and external sources of friendly force information, supporting coordinated operations and enhancing joint situational awareness.

Simulant

A dedicated application suite for operator training, system testing, and capability trials—enabling realistic simulation of data, events, and workflows processed by the C4EW system.
